玫瑰，學名
Rosa rugosa，拉丁語意思為皺紋薔薇，是一種薔薇科薔薇屬植物。
玫瑰是一種寶貴的香料，屬於香水業中最重要的植物。被希臘女詩人莎孚 (Sappho)稱為｢花后｣。
《本草綱目》亦紀載著｢玫瑰花食之芳香甘美，令人神爽｣。
為了讓玫瑰與高冷茶能碰撞出更迷人的香氣與口感，茶時局採用台灣有機栽種新鮮大花玫瑰花瓣與海拔1600公尺杉林溪高冷茶做結合，有別於刻板印象中山形玫瑰的濃郁，其茶湯清爽迷人、甘醇野香，不苦不澀自然回甘。
