The purpose of "Tea Time" is to reserve a quiet space for you in this busy era.
Who are we?
"Tea Time" is more than just a tea shop; it's a practitioner of "lifestyle proposals." We firmly believe that tea should not merely be an elegant embellishment, but rather a frequency that resonates with life. No matter how the world turns, as long as hot water is poured in and the aroma of tea rises, the situation at that moment is in your own hands.
To preserve the essence of the earth within our cups, we adhere to three core principles:
- Carefully selected terroir: We visit tea-growing regions and collaborate with tea farmers who are passionate about the land to select the purest leaves that best represent the season and high altitude.
- Craftsmanship Refinement: Combining the Western "British Tea Scenting" method with the Eastern "Scented Tea Scenting" method, plus the "Tea Seasons Unique Process", we take no shortcuts, only to present the purest layers of tea soup and the transformation of the tea's essence.

Selection of Scented Imperial Tea Base
The base tea is selected from the 1600-meter-high Fanzitian tea region of Shanlinxi, taking advantage of its geographical location and environment.
Fanzitian is located in Da'an Village, Zhushan Township, Nantou County. Administratively, it belongs to Zhushan, but in the tea industry, it belongs to the Shanlinxi Tea Region.
Altitude: 1600 meters, belonging to a typical high-altitude tea region.
Climate characteristics: The area is shrouded in mist and clouds year-round, with extreme temperature differences between day and night. The low temperatures at high altitudes slow down the growth of tea trees, resulting in dense tea leaves with thick, fleshy leaves and a high pectin content.
Rich in mountain air
Fanzitian tea is known for its delicate aroma and complex flavor profile. The "Shanlinxi flavor" often mentioned by veteran tea drinkers is fully embodied in Fanzitian.
Aroma: It has a cool cedar scent, sometimes accompanied by a delicate orchid or forest aroma.
Tea liquor: golden-yellow and honey-green in color, clear and bright.
Taste: Smooth on the palate, fresh and refreshing, with a quick and lingering sweetness and a deep throat sensation.
Enduring brewing: Because of its thick leaf flesh, the tea retains its flavor even after multiple infusions.
Production Overview
Main varieties: Qingxin Oolong is the main variety, which is the first choice for making top-grade cold tea.
Harvesting method: We insist on hand-picking "one bud and two leaves, or one bud and three leaves".
Fermentation level: Mostly lightly fermented, light-fragrant oolong teas, retaining the original freshness and mountain aroma of the tea leaves.
